Why should students decide to work in the Accounting industry?
Smaller CPA firms primarily work with local businesses. The clients greatly appreciate the expertise that we are able to provide through our services. Hard work does not go unnoticed from the clients. At public companies, audits are mandatory and so auditors are not necessarily appreciated. Working with smaller clients, auditors help solve problems that ultimately help the businesses grow. Therefore, there is a greater appreciation for your work.
